Inclusive Leadership
The BSE Graduate Coordinator for Inclusive Leadership supports and assists in developing and implementing the Dr. Harley E. Flack Student Mentoring Program, including leadership & training initiatives to support the needs of all students through promoting a more socially just campus climate. This person assists in maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness as it relates to developing resources to address inequity, promoting understanding of the needs and experiences of vulnerable student populations on campus, developing empowerment and leadership programs, and creating spaces for students to be heard and build community. This position requires regular evenings, late nights, and weekends supporting BSE programs and initiatives.

Start Date and Term: This position's preferred start date is August 2025. The term extends through May 2026.
Compensation: Full tuition waiver (in and out of state), not including fees. Funding is up to 36 credit hours, and the Director will review funding beyond 36. This position requires mandatory on-campus housing and provides a $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 annual stipend paid bi-weekly over the contract term. This position is renewable and contingent upon budget allocation and the results of the annual student-employee review.
