Paul Tully is the Past Chair for the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors and has been a member of the Board since 2007. He is also a member of the Business Advisory Board of the University's Rohrer College of Business.
Mr. Tully is a Certified Financial Planner professional and registered Principal/Owner of Eagle Wealth Strategies in Woodbury, NJ. In 1989, he was a founding director of The Bank of Gloucester County, which became one of the most successful and fastest growing community banks in the eastern United States. He served as vice chairman of the board of directors until 1996 when the firm changed hands.
He entered the financial services industry in 1975 and has conducted numerous seminars on a vast range of investment topics. In 1981, Paul contributed two chapters on retirement and executive benefit planning to the book Strategic Planning and Control Techniques for Profit by Dr. Robert E. Pritchard and Bruce M. Bradway. Also that year, he was a regional officer for the first firm in the U.S. to obtain IRS approval for a 401(k) plan
Mr. Tully has served the community as chairman of the Underwood Memorial Hospital Foundation, President of the Wenonah Athletic Association and district chairman of the Southern New Jersey Boy Scouts.
He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Rowan in 1999.
