Eric Stein currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for South Jersey Industries, Inc. Hehas been with South Jersey Industries since 2016. He has expertise in risk management, financial transactions, mergers and acquisition, labor and employment law, and information technology and cybersecurity.
Mr. Stein has been the Board Advisor for the Changing Tides Foundation since 2020. His primary responsibility is to conduct Board evaluations to identify needs and analyze efficiency.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004.
Mr. Stein is a resident of Manalapan, New Jersey, and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
