 Intern will need to submit, resume, cover letter, days, and time of their availability

 

Intern work areas:       Clerical  X           Research   X        Errands            Organizing   X

 

Please explain the work that will be required of the intern: 

• Conduct Policy Research, assist with tracking Bills, read, and outline drafts
• Assist with constituents’ services, writing Legislative Summaries, and prepare amendments
• Answering Phone, record messages, and communicate with constituents

 

Will there be opportunities for the intern to observe:

 

        Internal strategy sessions?   X    Legislative sessions?      X       Committee hearings?  X

 

Is the intern expected to work evenings and weekends?  If so, please explain. 

 Our Office operations is during the hours, 10:00 -5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
