Bring Your Own Course (BYOC) is a new series offered by the Faculty Center to provide you with hands-on experiences setting up and improving your courses in Canvas.

Bring your own course and leave with practical improvements ready for your students!

Format:

  • Virtual in Zoom with limited seating
  • Pre-survey*
  • 5 min: Introduction
  • 10–15 min: Best practices & quick demo
  • 30-40 min: Hands-on work in breakout rooms with facilitator support
  • 5 min: Wrap-up
  • Post survey*

* If you complete both the pre and post surveys, you will receive a certificate of participation.
