Mental Health First Aid

Healthy Campus Initiatives is offering a full-day training in Adult Mental Health First Aid.

Learn ways to intervene in a mental health emergency - how to assess if someone is in danger of suicide or self harm, listen non-judgmentally, give re-assurance and information, and encourage appropriate professional and self-help.

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use issues.
