When you are producing materials for any of the schools within the Virtua Health College, including Rowan-Virtua SOM, Rita & Larry Salva School of Nursing, and the School of Translational Biomedical Engineering & Sciences, it is important that your items are representative of our current branding standards and guidelines. Social media is an integral part of how we communicate, share information and engage with our community. As part of the Virtua Health College of Medicine & Life Sciences of Rowan University (VHC) community, we must use social media responsibly, ethically and in alignment with our values and goals.

We have developed different email signature options to address the variety of roles throughout the schools at Virtua Health College. In addition to these VHC signatures, we've also developed a special 50th Anniversary signature for SOM. Please follow the directions below to download your desired email signature.

Choose one of the signature versions below by clicking anywhere within it—this will automatically select all of the text and logo. Copy it, then paste it into the signature tool of your email program. Replace the generic information with your own. Follow these email signature standards:

• Do not add any art or logos (Rowan or others).
• Do not alter the Virtua Health College or SOM logos in any way.
• Do not add any words or phrases to your signature—it should simply state your professional information.
• You do not need to include all of the contact information in the example.
