Rowan University's Division of Student Affairs implemented standards of customer service in Spring 2019. Our standards were formed and created in a unique manner that is relatable to every department throughout our division. Embracing a set of customer service standards conveys our division-wide dedication and commitment to providing PROFound Service to each one of our customers.
