Name: Arianna Iannacone
Major: Leadership and Social Innovation
Bio: I am a very understanding and down to earth individual but take goals seriously. I want what is best for everyone even if that means working out of your comfort zone. Personal success is meant for any one willing to work hard! Working with students to help achieve their greatest potential is what excites me most about being a success coach. Rowan University is filled with brilliant and talented young adults that I look forward to working with one-on-one. Knowing I will be connecting with individuals and learning how I can help each person overcome any challenge in order to be successful brings me great joy.

Major: Biology
Bio: I am someone who's always in a zen state of mind so I'm always here to listen. I also am a bit of an introvert so I might come off as a bit distant, but I swear I'm not like that at all. I'm always ready to help out in any way I can. I'm very excited to be learning new ways to help out students. I'm elated to learn to become a great support system for students.

Major: Inclusive education
Bio: I’m Caitlyn but you can call me Cait. I’m currently a sophomore and live on campus. I am very passionate about kids and love being around them. My absolute favorite food is chicken nuggets and ranch. The thing that excites me most about success coaching is helping out my peers and learning from others. We can all take something from each other and I’m excited to help someone grow as they help me grow. I cant wait to inspire and help someone experience new things in these years of schooling.

Bio: I am first generation student. I’ve learned how to make Rowan my home away from home. I am very passionate in helping people and giving back to the community. I’m excited to help students navigate their way to a successful college experience. As a student, I understand how the transition into higher education can be difficult and I’m happy to be able to aid students into a smooth transition.

Major: Computer Science
Bio: I'm a laid back person and very easy going. I workout and play a lot of sports. I'm also interested in video games. I'm most excited about being a Success Coach because of the new experience and skills I will gain.

Bio: I would like students to know, I try to practice what I preach. I'm most excited about becomming a Success Coach because I will be improving students' learning experience and helping them develop skills that will serve them throughout their career.

Bio: Serving my community and peers is my utmost priority. I look forward to listening, learning and leading my community toward a more individually and communally prosperous future. One of my biggest perogatives is to lead an actionable compaign to assist students wherever and however I'm able to in order to facilitate the inspiration of a new generation.

Name: Joshua DiPrima
Major: Psychology and History
Bio: In my spare time, in addition to my hobbies such as running, rock climbing, and piano, I also enjoy video games, hiking, and photography, and hope to one day backpack through Europe. I am also extremely eager to be able to start working with students, and I'm always more than willing to talk about anything. What excites me the most about being a Success Coach is, being able to work directly with an age group I wish to hopefully specialize in working with one day, especially as someone who is presently going through and experiencing many of the same struggles that come with college.

Bio: I would like students to know that they can come to me with anything they need to talk about. I am most excited about being able to meet new people and help as many people as I can.

Name: Katherine Gonzalez-Comacho
Major: Psychology
Bio: I am a senior who is graduating in December. I enjoy meeting new people and really getting to know them. I also really love my pets. I have a kitten and a puppy! If you were to find me on campus, it would probably most likely be in the Student Center. Other than because I love being there, I also work as an Information Service Specialist. I'm excited to get to know more students and help them along the way! I'm excited to get to know some of my peers and see how I can help them acheive their goals! I can't wait to work with everyone!

Name: Lea Donaghy
Major: Psychology
Bio: I would like students to know that I am very hardworking, but when a challenge comes my way, I love using the Rowan Resources available to me because they are so helpful. I am a tutor on campus so I can help support you through tutoring appointments. I am also a very active person on campus and love being in the organizations I am in such as APO. I can not wait to meet you and help your goals come true! What excites me the most about being a Success Coach is motivating people to do their best in their academics and watching them push theirselves and accomplish goals.

Name: Mackenzie Holroyd
Major: Psychology
Bio: I am a judge free zone, kind and compassionate. I am very laid back but excitable when provoked! I could talk to anyone about literally anything. I am a safe space for LGBTQIA+ students. I love all things about music- playing it, listening to it, or hearing it live, and I am a die hard Rowan University fan. I also enjoy women’s sports, specifically soccer. I collect vinyl records and t-shirts and enjoy fast food more than I would like to admit. After I graduate I am hoping to attend a School Psychology masters program and fulfill my dream of working in a school! I am excited to be able to make connections with my peers and offer them my assistance in a way that benefits not only them, but me as well, as it is a passion of mine to help others. This is also my first field related experience and I am so excited to apply all that I have learned to a real world setting.

Bio: I would like students to know I am highly active on campus. I am risk manager of our unified sports club on campus and vice president of bowling club. I also work in the academic support center and am highly passionate on helping other succeed in all that they do. I want students to be well rounded both in the classroom and out of it to be future leaders of tomorrow. What most excites me about success coaching is helping others to reach their full potential which leads to their success

Name: Megan Cartier
Major: Psychology
Bio: A fun fact about me is that my favorite band is the Jonas Brothers! I love them so much that I have seen them in concert six times. I love exploring coffee shops! Whenever I travel somewhere I like to check out local coffee shops. I find that small local shops often brew some of the best coffee you can imagine. I am excited to meet new people and help them navigate life in college! College has been such a great learning experience for me. There have been many bumps in the road throughout the last three years. I am glad I am getting to share some of what I have learned with others to help them along their own journey.

Major: Ed.D. Educational Leadership- Higher Education
Bio: I went to Rowan University for my B.A. and for my M.A. and am returning once again for my Ed.D. I love our University and am looking forward to helping them have as wonderful an experience as I have had at Rowan over the years. I am looking forward to helping students develop a tool kit to help them realize success in college and in the workforce.

Bio: I am someone who had always thought of myself as the "below-average student". Coming to college, I was able to recognize an underlying problem and was able to go to a doctor. I was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD and ever since, my life has changed significantly. I almost changed my major but instead I learned to change my habits. I am currently on the path of becoming a Physician Assistant and was able to co-found and become president of the Rowan Pre-PA club. I also have a brother at Alpha Phi Omega where I love participating in service. I hope to inspire others to get involved and essentially guide them to reach their goals. I am so excited to be not only be a guide to my peers but also assist them in any way possible. After all, there are various aspects that affect may affect a student academically such as mental health, social life, and family. Providing resources for achieving the best possible grades in school while taking care of ourselves is the way to reach academic success.

Bio: My favorite color is purple, I am a huge greys anatomy fan! I am also 27 years old transfer student currently working on my bachelor's and my next step is to achieve my master's in higher education administration. What excites me the most about being a Success Coach is the ability to help students with their journey through obtaining their degree. Pursuing a degree is the most rewarding and frustrating process, so allowing yourself to have a village to help through the process is very much ideal. I am excited to be able to relate and encourage through coaching.
