Let's Plan A Great Event!
Planning an event can be as simple as reserving a room for your meeting or as complicated as planning a multi-day program with dozens of break-out sessions, meals and coffee breaks, attendee registration, and the list goes on. But the key to a successful event, no matter the size, is planning.
The Event Services Team is the primary point of contact for services related to events in the Chamberlain Student Center. We can assist you in coordinating your event logistics (such as room layout and technology needs) and answer any questions you may have along the way.

After you receive your confirmation email for your reservation, check out our room diagram options here. Please email your selection to studentcenterevents@rowan.edu or submit your diagram to room 117A at least 5 business days prior to your event.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms have fixed setups. These rooms are ideal for boardroom style meetings with less than 20 people.
Standard Spaces
Standard spaces are rooms which have a standard setup, but with additional notice, the space can be reconfigured. These rooms range between 16 - 120 people depending on space and set up.
Special Event Spaces
Special event spaces include the Eynon Ballroom, Pit, Owl’s Nest, Prof’s Place, and Student Commons. These are multi-functional spaces that can serve conferences, dances, and signature events.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor spaces are not currently available due to building construction. However, these spaces, such as the Front Patio and Back Patio, will be available to reserve for events.
