Welcome to the Rowan University Payroll Services website.
Our primary function is to process and pay wages to University employees in compliance with federal, state, and local agency regulations. This includes payments to full time, part time, permanent, temporary, faculty (adjunct and overload) and student employees.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Happy Holidays from Payroll Services
Glassboro, Camden, CMSRU, SOM FT/PT Employees
The first pay period of the year will be paid on January 3, 2025, this pay period runs from December 14, 2024 through December 27, 2024 for Glassboro, CMSRU, Camden and December 15, 2024 through December 28, 2024 for SOM.
All WTE timesheets are due on Friday December 27, 2024, at 9am.
Any corrections to timesheet will be sent to Payroll Services through a Time and Attendance Form that is located on your self-service Banner under Submit Electronic Forms.
All corrections are due no later than Monday December 30, 2024, at 10am, after the 10am deadline all corrections will be made on the following pay period.
NovaTime will be due Monday December 30, 2024.
If you are planning to enjoy the Holiday Break, please submit your timesheet before you leave on December 24, 2024.
All WTE reminder emails will run as they normally would until the time is competed.

Terminated employees must contact payroll services to obtain copies of paystubs. Final paystubs will be mailed out after termination. All terminated employees in the current tax year will receive their W-2 by mail.
