Please check out our Soles4Souls fundraising program!
We are collecting gently used shoes to help fight global poverty and any donations you can make as part of your Family Weekend visit is greatly appreciated!

The Office of Student Enrichment & Family Connections is partnering with Soles4Souls to launch a drive to collect 500 pairs of shoes for those less fortunate around the globe between September 1st and October 15th. We aim to help people living in poverty gain new dignity, courage and hope. Your gently used shoes you no longer want, can help create meaningful opportunities for many.

The shoes that the Office of Student Enrichment & Family Connections collects will be delivered to Soles4Souls–a non-profit social enterprise that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world. Founded in 2006, the organization has distributed more than 30 million pairs of new and used shoes in 127 countries.

Drop off locations for shoes are:

  • Wellness Center
  • Volunteerism, Community Engagement & Commuter Services- Chamberlain Student Center, Suite 210
  • SGA Suite- Chamberlain Student Center in Suite 120
  • History Department- 216 Robinson Hall, 2nd Floor
  • Student Life Suite- Savitz Hall, Suite 203

When you donate lightly used shoes to Soles4Souls, you are helping finance distributions of new shoes to those in need worldwide!
