Level 1 Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate program allows you to earn three Leadership Rowan certifications by participating in events on campus. When you have completed the achievements that are required for each level of Leadership Rowan certification, you are eligible to receive the certificate at the next Celebrating Leadership Awards.

Leadership Training: Leadership Training experiences focus on the pathways to involvement. Students will be asked to create a plan for getting involved and gaining practical experiences within selected student organizations. Leadership Training Certification can be gained through planned signature experiences (below), or by students demonstrating achievement of program requirements through validation of activities detailed in their co-curricular portfolio.
