Gold Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate program allows you to earn three Leadership Rowan certificates by participating in events on campus. When you have completed the achievements that are required for each level of Leadership Rowan certification, you are eligible to receive the certificate at the next Celebrating Leadership Awards.

Gold Certificate: These students focus on leading sustainably and responsibly.  The Gold Certificate focuses on community & societal values of leadership.  Through this year, these students attend campus events and programs that focus on exploring citizenship, and entering into their chosen professional community.  Not only did they attend campus events, but they created them--each student you see was required to facilitate an activity or event on campus that promoted others’ leadership skills.  These Gold Leadership students acted as mentors for some of the Bronze Certificate students you saw previously.
