Rowan University has agreements with certain Provider Program and Exchange Programs. These organizations and universities have been vetted and approved by Rowan University according to their academic, health and safety standards.

  COST WHAT'S INCLUDED? TYPE OF STUDENT COURSES OFFERED IN ENGLISH? TERMS OFFERED LOCATIONS 
Provider Program The cost can vary greatly depending upon where you decide to study abroad and for how long.  Tuition, housing, sometimes meals, medical insurance, Resident Staff abroad, Orientation, Excursions and Cultural Activites Any! Yes! Courses are taught in English AND also in the language of the host country. A language placement exam is generally required for language courses.  January Term, Spring, Summer, Fall, Academic Year

The provider programs offer locations all throughout

South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the South Pacific.

There are hundreds of locations to choose from! 

Exchange Program You will pay Rowan tuition as normal and then pay housing/meals to the host institution. Tuition and fees are paid to Rowan and Housing/meals are paid abroad. Orientation is included and sometimes a buddy system is set up for you to get to know a local student.  These programs are geared toward a more independant student. Essentially, you are direct enrolling at another institution so there aren't as many services provided to you as there are with the Provider Programs.  Yes! These agreements allow you to take courses in English and in the language of the host country Spring, Fall, Summer
