SUMMER & FALL 2021

Rowan University has decided to suspend all Summer 2021 travel. As we continue to move forward, we will be making a decision regarding the Fall programs by the end of March. We will announce that decision here on our site and we will also email students who have submitted applications.

For those students who submitted applications for the summer, it is our hope that you will pursue a program for a later term if you're able. We are so sad that you cannot have the experience you had hoped for, and worked so hard for, but if you are interested in deferring your program to a later term please let us know and we will gladly work with you to get you abroad. If you decide that studying abroad is no longer an option for you please let us know as well and we can withdraw your Rowan application.

 FALL 2020

Rowan University has made the difficult decision to suspend all study abroad programs for the fall 2020 semester. This was not an easy decision to make, but please understand that the decision was made with the student's health and safety as the priority. We are doing all we can to ensure that our students are safe abroad and with that, the decision to postpone travel was made.

For the students who were planning to study abroad in the fall, please inform your program provider/exchange program that you wish to defer your program to the spring 2021, summer 2021 or if you need to cancel altogether. Please email the Education Abroad Advisor when you decide which semester you will now go abroad.

We are here to help you and hope that you are able to go abroad at another time. Please reach out to Laura Kahler, Education Abroad Advisor, if you have any questions related to studying abroad through Rowan University.
