Reporting to the respective Area Coordinator, the Community Director (CD) is a 10-month graduate student position serving as a key paraprofessional member of the Residential Learning and University Housing (RLUH) staff. The Community Director leads an in-hall team of Community Assistants (CAs) to develop a safe, supportive and inclusive community, promote learning outside the classroom through the delivery of co-curricular programs within the residential community, and coordinate the overall operation of the hall. CDs are focused on the growth and development of students and can provide guidance on adjusting to college, and academic resources, and assisting in matters that the CA cannot resolve. The CDs receive more comprehensive training than CAs and are great resources.

Graduate Coordinator for Marketing
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Assignments, the Graduate Coordinator for Marketing is a 12-month graduate student position serving as a key paraprofessional member of the Residential Learning and University Housing staff. The Graduate Coordinator works closely with professional staff across the department to support marketing initiatives as well as maintain all departmental social media accounts and ensure website accuracy.

Graduate Coordinator for Housing Assignments
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Assignments, the Graduate Coordinator for Housing Assignments is a 12-month graduate student position serving as a key paraprofessional member of the Residential Learning and University Housing staff. The Graduate Coordinator works closely with professional staff within the department to support the department’s housing assignments process and to maintain accurate and complete databases and rosters of all bed space assignments and room changes.

Graduate Coordinator for Housing Systems & Logistics
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Housing Systems and Logistics, the Graduate Coordinator for Housing Systems and Logistics is a 12-month graduate student position serving as a key paraprofessional member of the Residential Learning and University Housing staff. The Graduate Coordinator works closely with professional staff within the department to support a wide range of housing systems and logistics and residential maintenance functions, including leading a team of student workers throughout the academic year and summer.
