Winter 2022 University Housing

If you are a current Fall resident planning to remain in the same housing assignment for the Spring 2023 term and you need to remain in your campus assignment during the Winter break for some reason, please complete the following steps before Thursday, December 22, 2022, to let us know you will need to stay in your housing assignment:

* Log into https://go.rowan.edu/myhousing/

  • Click on the “Housing Applications & Forms” tab
  • Select the Winter Break Housing Registration (Winter 2023)
  • Complete the application​

***Please note that the fall meal plan ends on Thursday, 12/22/22, and spring dining begins on 1/14/23. There will be very limited dining services on campus during winter break due to the Chamberlain Student Center construction project. The Owl’s Nest will be available Mondays-Fridays 11am-2pm, tentatively beginning January 5, 2023, pending construction progress. This option is not part of any meal plan and would need to be paid for using Rowan Bucks or cash/credit card.

Certain building services, such as maintenance to common area restrooms and lounge spaces will be reduced. Students that remain on campus should be cognizant that various maintenance and housekeeping-focused projects may be taking place within their residence halls.

Also, building CA staffing for the duration of the winter break will be decreased.***
