Office of General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) provides legal services to Rowan University. The office is responsible for all legal matters that affect the University, its faculty, and administrators. The purpose of this website is to give members of the Rowan community information regarding the functions and operations of our office, as well resources for legal matters.

Please contact our office for assistance with any matters affecting the University. If you receive any legal documents or notices relating to the University, such as subpoenas, complaints, or notices of legal proceedings or hearings, please forward them to our office immediately. Please note that the OGC does not provide personal legal services for members of the Rowan community.
