The Rowan Employee Parents Resource Community provides a network of support, resources and shared experiences to help employees navigate the unique challenges of parenting while balancing professional responsibilities. We meet virtually at 11 a.m. on the first Monday of each month, and we hold occasional in-person gatherings.
