The degree completion program is for graduates of associate degree or diploma programs who have passed the NCLEX or the licensure examination, are already licensed professional nurses, and wish to achieve higher nursing education through receiving a BSN.

1. Who is the BAYADA-Rowan Nursing Program for?
The program is for aspiring nurses who can attend classes at one of our southern New Jersey campuses- either Gloucester or Cumberland. It supports Home Health Aides who want to advance to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with flexible online options designed for working professionals.2. Do I have to be a BAYADA employee to participate?
Yes, you must be employed as a BAYADA caregiver (e.g. home health aides, technicians, direct care workers, certified nursing and personal care assistants, etc.). Apply now at jobs.bayada.com.
3. What job opportunities will I have after completing coursework?
Graduates of the program will first be offered a nurse resident position as an LPN or RN at BAYADA. Then, as a BAYADA nurse, you may grow into any of the following clinical roles: clinical manager, clinical educator, preceptor, and even office director. 4. What financial support is available?
BAYADA offers tuition assistance for eligible participants through its loan repayment program. Tuition coverage requires a post-graduation work commitment with BAYADA, and the specific terms (such as length of commitment) are outlined in each participant’s funding agreement.
5. Can I keep working while I’m in the program?
Yes. The program is designed for working professionals. Your schedule as a BAYADA caregiver can be coordinated with your coursework and clinical requirements. Nursing courses at RCSJ are in person, and clinicals are scheduled to accommodate working students as much as possible.
