Queer: A Rowan Book Study

SGA, the Division of DEI, and the Faculty Center Present Queer: A Rowan Book Study

Join Us!

Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to participate in a hybrid, 2-part book study, hosted by Ray Wos (SGA Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and Dr. Rachael Shapiro (Provost's Fellow for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

In this book study, we will read, learn, and dialogue about concepts, themes, and issues raised in Queer: A Graphic History, from queer theory to LGBTQIA+ movements to pop culture and more.

Together, we will build a brave space through which to ask questions, share experiences, and learn how we can support an inclusive campus at Rowan.

Queer can be purchased for under $20 online or can be accessed free online through Rowan Libraries.
