Arranging and Reserving a Date:

We  recommend contacting the catering department at least two weeks before your event in order to ensure the menu items are available.  Please reach Nicole Bowen at (856)256-4610 or via email at nbowen@gourmetdiningllc.com . This is the time where our professional guidance will help you make the best decisions to optimize our services to best fit your needs. Please be prepared to discuss the following information: Date of Your Event, Beginning Times and End Times, Estimated Number of Guests, Budget, Menu Information, Allergies and Dietary Restrictions, Level of Service, Budget, Billing information (Fund, Org, Acct, Program, Department), Approver’s Email and any other Special Requests.

Ordering Policies:

It is company policy that all catering requests be made 5 business days prior to event date.  This allows for proper scheduling of staff support as well as purchase of product.  Changes in menu, guest count or event cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance (3 business days) or they are otherwise considered final.  In the case of cancellation within 48 hours (2 business days) of the event date, the host will be liable for payment.  Any and all events that are requested under the 72 hour threshold will be subjected to a late service fee in order to accommodate additional product and staffing needs.

Payment:

All clients will need to make a deposit of 50% of the total bill to book their event, expectable forms of payment are as follows cash, credit cards, checks & money orders. In addition the balance must be paid one week prior to your event unless other arrangements have been made. Final payment must be cash, credit card, certified check or money order. Sorry, but personal checks will not be excepted for final payment. Tax exemption forms can be submitted to us either via email to  nbowen@gourmetdiningllc.com or by fax at (856) 256.4928.
