Take Your Child To Work Day - Thursday, April 23rd, 2026

Thank you for your interest in Take Your Child To Work Day (TYCTWD) on Rowan's Glassboro Campus. We are excited that you are interested in sharing in this event which we hope will bring a sense of connection, fun, and community to our campus. 

Historically, Take Your Child To Work Day has been a day that supports children in learning a variety of careers and seeing their caregivers in roles other than parent/caregiver. We see TYCTWD as fulfilling this mission along with others. Our goals for this day include: 

• Provide children of university employees an opportunity to experience the various careers available within a university setting through experiential activities that align with their interests and strengths.
• Share with our children what it means to serve others, as we serve the Rowan students daily.
• Promote employee well-being by building family-work connections and fostering a sense of community.
• Recognize and value employees by supporting work-life integration and offering a meaningful family-friendly event.
• Offer an educational, behind-the-scenes look at higher education 
• Expose children to the vibrant academic, extracurricular, and support resources for potential enrollment to Rowan University.
