A new generation in the oldest dorms
Triad Hall, a pre-engineered, four-floor structure, opened as a privately owned student housing complex in 1972. It was the result of the college's first public-private partnership to build student housing. It was so revolutionary that the state stepped in to stop any more such arrangements.
