Do you have any suggestions for the applicant?

If offered an interview the student should have a good answer as to why they would like to work in the Governor's Office and how this will help to advance their career. They should also be prepared to discuss policy interests and their relevant background experience. Should all positions in Legislative Affairs be filled, there are several other departments within the Governor's Office that are hiring summer interns. We will share applications with one another to find the best possible fit for an intern in our office.
