Applications for Summer Session should be sent in with a soft deadline of April 15th, applications submitted after (but before July 4) will also be considered. It is recommended to apply earlier in the cycle for priority decision.

Please explain the work that will be required of the intern:
As Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson is committed to addressing the needs of our community, our office is looking for someone innovative, action-oriented, and passionate about the community. During the internships interns can be expected to be challenged in the areas of professional development, creativity and writing skill. Interns will draft legislation relevant to their respective interests, as well as aid the office in monitoring policy.
Will there be opportunities for the intern to observe:
Internal strategy sessions? TBD Legislative sessions? X Committee hearings? X
Is the intern expected to work evenings and weekends? If so, please explain.
No evenings are required, Interns may be asked to attend charity, community service, or other ceremonies alike. There are not required.

All members in the office must be fully vaccinated.
