Non-Tenure Track Teaching Faculty
Recontracting
The following documents each play a distinct role in the Non-Tenure Track Teaching Faculty (NTTF) recontracting process and should be consulted accordingly:
- 2025-2026 Reappointment Deadlines: Provides the calendar dates for each step in the NTTF recontracting process.
- FY25 Non-Tenure Track Teaching Faculty Memorandum of Agreement: Outlines the reappointment cycle, the contract lengths, and the required number of student evaluations and teaching observations to be included in the recontracting packet.
- FY23 Recontracting and Tenure MOA: Offers a more detailed explanation of candidate and reviewer responsibilities, including expectations for the candidate's narrative associated with each evaluated area. It also contains the required associated forms; an updated checklist for the NTTFs is the next item below.
