eRefunds for Students

In order to provide students with exemplary customer service and convenience, the Office of the Bursar requires students who expect to receive a refund to enroll in our eRefund service.  eRefunds are sent electronically via direct deposit to a designated personal checking or savings account.  

To enroll in eRefunds, please follow the instructions provided below.

  • Go to Banner Self-Service and select “Access Banner Services”.
  • Sign in with your Banner ID and PIN.
  • Select the “Bursar” tab.
  • Click “ePay Center” from the menu.
  • Click “View Bills and Make Payment”.
  • Once you are directed to the Rowan University ePay Center, select “Refund Account Setup” from the center of the page.  Follow the steps to set up your eRefund account.

We do not accept debit card numbers for direct deposit.  Providing incorrect information will delay your refund.
